Recipe - delicious sugar-free oatmeal banana cookies

It's no secret that most of us love a sweet taste.
It gives us a cuddly and happy feeling.
This is how it works in our brain.
But our body does not like sugar, so we will share with you from time to time healthy snack recipes for the whole family.
Because sweet things can also be made healthy, but you have to learn how to do it.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 50 g coconut shavings
  • 50g cup of toasted sesame seeds in a skillet (about 2 minutes)
  • handful of chopped dried cranberries
  • a pinch of organic baking powder
  • 2 large ripe bananas


Put it in a bowl: oatmeal, two bananas mashed with a fork,
a pinch of baking powder (approx. half a teaspoon or even less). Mix well and add the sesame, coconut and blueberries. Form balls the size of a small walnut and crush them with your hands. Place them on a baking tray, about 2 cm apart from each other, and bake for 12-13 minutes.
