Shipping Policy
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Delivery in Spain can take between 24h and 72h from the time it leaves our warehouse.
Deliveries to European Union countries can take up to 10 days.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union can take up to 30 days (such as the United States, Australia or New Zealand).
For any shipment that does not exceed 49,95€ in Spain and Balearic Islands, the shipping cost is 6,95€. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs to European Union countries are free if the purchase exceeds 59,95€. For any shipment that does not exceed 59,95€ in the European Union countries the shipping cost is 11,95€.
We ship to Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR (China), Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.
We will notify you when the order is ready and when it leaves our warehouse. You will then be contacted by the transport company to deliver your package.
It is possible that during the preparation of your parcel some products may be damaged and we will not have them in stock. In the event that it is impossible to send it to you within 15 days, we will reimburse you with the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
