👻Halloween biscuits *without sugar🍪

*1 cup is 250g
1 medium egg
⅓ cup crushed dates
½ cup unsalted butter (clarified), softened
⅓ cup coconut flour
1 ½ cups almond flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder

Let's add extra flavours to these Halloween treats:
- Dark chocolate chips
- Toasted coconut flakes for dusting
- Cinnamon swirl: for dusting in the batter.
- Chopped pecans: mix in chopped pecans for a crunchy, buttery flavour.
- Lemon zest: grate lemon zest into the batter for a fresh citrus zest that goes well with chocolate and cream cheese.
- Vanilla extract: add a drop of vanilla extract to enhance the overall flavour with warmth.

Steps to prepare the biscuits:
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter and dates (or sweetener) until creamy and well combined.
- Add the egg and mix until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients: coconut flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder. Mix until a dough forms.
- Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to desired thickness using a rolling pin.
- Use Halloween cookie cutters to cut out spooky shapes. If you don't have biscuit cutters, you can create paper templates, place them on the rolled out dough and use a knife to cut around them.
- Place the cut-out biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the biscuits at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until firm and lightly browned around the edges.
