How to use our thermophore?
To heat a thermophore, place the insert with the seeds in the microwave (600 W for a maximum of 2 minutes) or in the oven (100° - 120°C for approx. 20 minutes). For a cold compress, place the insert in the freezer (for approx. 30 - 40 min). Thanks to the properties of the cherry kernels, you can apply the hot or cold pack directly on the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.
How to care for our thermophore?
You can wash the pillowcase according to the instructions on the label. The cherry seed insert is not washable.
