Refund Policy

The return period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of purchase registered on our website www.tribunaturals.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tribu Naturals has no responsibility for the condition of products if they do not travel in the proper condition in the case of return.

To return the product you have purchased you have to log in to your account with your login and password, and ask for the return label. You will need to print it out and stick it in the return box. We would like you to use the same box in which we have sent you the products, in order to reuse the box. Remember that we try to be a sustainable online shop. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refunds are charged at a cost of €4.95 which we will deduct from the refund amount.

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@tribunaturals.com.

Exchanges (if applicable).

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@tribunaturals.com. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
